Vistage International is a 50 year old international organization for Presidents and CEOs with about 12,000 members, worldwide.
Our members know it’s lonely at the top; Vistage International provides them the opportunity to sit at a table with up to 15 of their peers and discuss issues on a CEO to CEO level each month. We don’t allow competitors in the same group, nor are there primary vendors where relationships would inhibit the exchange of confidential information. As a result members get candid feedback and each Vistage International group tends to become an unofficial Board for its members.
Mornings at most monthly meetings are spent hearing a world-class speaker address an area where the group has expressed an interest. The closed door afternoon Executive session deals with member issues and opportunities. A professionally trained Chairman sets the agenda and leads the meeting, and later meets with each member at their place of business to serve as a coach, confidant, counselor and sounding board.
